Women held for trying to sell ganja

Two women have been arrested for trying to sell ganja at Basavanagudi. The suspects are Sarasa Balaji (40) and Savitha (35).

On a tip-off, the police detained them at Nettakallappa Circle when they were trying to sell the banned substance and seized 500 gram ganja worth Rs 27,000. They claimed that they were targetting college students and professionals in IT/BT sectors.
