SAI, Army win day's matches

SAI defeated Central Excise by 3-0 and thus scored 11 points in the Championship. Central Excise has lost all the five matches so far. Nithin had put SAI ahead of Central excise before the break by 1-0.

After the breather, Cheeyanna made it 2-0 in the 37th minute and later Muddappa made it 3-0 in the last minute. As it was a second Saturday, a large number of spectators had come to view the match. Spectators were seen cheering their players.

In another match, Army Green defeated Marata Light Infantry (MLI) by 1-0. In a thrilling match, Romi scored the goal for Army Green in 40th minute. In the Championship, SAI is leading with 11 points followed by HAL with 10 points, Army Green and Centre of Excellence with 9 points.
