Watch: Rapping to the sorry state of Bengaluru roads

Last Updated 07 November 2017, 05:16 IST

Sub-par roads are the bane of Indians. Despite what ministers and people otherwise inclined would have the general public believe, the quality (or lack thereof) of roads is well-known, and in some cases, well-written into the people of India.

People have tried, time and time again, to get their representatives to fix the roads, but despite their best efforts, most of the time, the appeal falls on deaf ears.

So what does one do when they're tired of potholes and the general lack of quality of roads? Sing, of course!

A group of Bengalureans, calling themselves the 'Pothole Patrike' have come forth to express their agony about the sorry state of Bengaluru roads by means of rapping about it. Titled #SpotThePot, the Kannada-English song glosses over several deformed and dug-up roads as they sing and dance away, highlighting just how bad the situation is.
