Railways to divert trains due to works at Nergundi

Due to engineering works in Nergundi railway station in Odisha, the following trains which were scheduled to run via Kapilas Road junction, Nergundi and Cuttack, will now be diverted via Salagaon, Naraj Marthapur and Barang Junction avoiding Cuttack.

A press release stated that train services from Southern Railway that have been diverted are Train 22641 Thiruvananthapuram-Shalimar Express scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram on November 23; Train 12515 Thiruvananthapuram-Guwahati Express scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram on November 19; Train 12659 Nagercoil-Shalimar Express scheduled to leave Nagercoil on November 19; Train 22643 Ernakulam-Patna Express to leave Ernakulam on November 20; Train 22878 Ernakulam-Howrah Express to leave Ernakulam on November 21; Train 12507 Thiruvananthapuram-Guwahati Express scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram on November 21; and Train 15905 Kanyakumari-Dibrugarh Express scheduled to leave Kanyakumari on November 23.

Train services towards Southern Railway which are diverted are Train 22851 Santragachi-Mangaluru Central Vivek Express scheduled to leave Santragachi on November 23; Train 22877 Howrah-Ernakulam Express scheduled to leave Howrah on November 25.
