Property dealer shot dead in Muzaffarnagar

A 27-year-old property dealer was reportedly shot dead by miscreants in a village here, police said on Saturday.

Vinod Kumar was killed last evening in Buada Khurd village. Kumar's body and his two-wheeler were found in a forest area, they said.

The police suspect old enmity as the reason behind his killing. The body has been sent for an autopsy and a probe is on.

In another incident, a 25-year-old man was reportedly poisoned to death by his two friends at Jaibhagwanpur village under Chapar police station in the district on Friday.

The police is investigating the matter.
