Three held for JD(S) leader's murder

The town police have arrested three persons in connection with the murder of JD(S) leader Santosh at Jogikoppal in the taluk recently.

The arrested are Harish of Nelagadaranahalli in Bengaluru; Naveen of Madanayakanahalli and Suresh of K Malligere. It is said that Suresh was updating the others about the movement of Santosh. Harish had allegedly arranged a car for executing the murder, while Naveen drove the car.

Santosh was hacked to death by a gang in broad daylight around five days ago. It is suspected that business dispute is the reason for the murder.
