Fifty eight wickets fell across all the matches with 20 tumbling in the Shimoga Zone versus Bangalore City XI affair.
Batting first, Shimoga were shot out for 147 in 53.4 overs with Shubham Hegde grabbing five for 30 and ably supported by Edwin Davis (4/39). Manan top-scored for Shimoga with a fine 52.
Bangalore City, however, fared worse than Shimoga during their batting turn, collapsing to 76 all out in just 37.3 overs. Varun N (3/11) and Chiranjeevi (3/23) took three wickets apiece.
