The notice, returnable by July 24, was also issued to other owners of the franchise Karan Paul and Mohit Barman for not maintaining the balance sheet of KPH Dream Cricket Private Limited, which owns Kings Punjab XI IPL team.
The notice was issued by Chief Judicial Magistrate Jasbir Singh Sidhu after the Registrar of Companies for Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh had filed a suit against them as they had not filed their balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and annual returns.
