JOIN USA jilted lover forcibly pulled a female student while she was trying to board a bus at Nejikar in Ilanthila on Friday. The girl suffered injuries and is undergoing treatment at a hospital.
Alake resident Karthik was reportedly in love with a girl from Bannengala who studies in a college in Belthangady. When the girl was about to board the bus at Nejikar, Kartik came in his bike and pulled her from the foot board of the bus. As a result, she fell on the road and suffered injuries. Some onlookers caught hold of Karthik and handed him over to the police.
The victim however, had requested the police not to register a complaint. The victim and the accused are said to be relatives and were close to each other. However, over a period, Karthik had started loving the girl. Having learnt about it, she began to ignore him. Enraged over it, Karthik pulled her from the bus. The issue was later settled amicably by the parents.
