New shopping mall opens in Nazarbad

Minister for Primary and Secondary Education Tanveer Sait, dedicated a new shopping mall 'Forum Centre City', developed by Prestige Group on Hyder Ali Road in Nazarbad in the city.

In his address, the minister described the mall as 'Maharaja of Malls' as it is the biggest shopping complex in the city. He said that the mall was very much needed for a city like Mysuru.

Chairman and managing director of Prestige Group Irfan Razack said, "Mysuru will flourish if the road between Bengaluru and Mysuru is upgraded. Bengaluru is overcrowded. Mysuru should not become another Bengaluru. The people should be economically stable, then only shopping complexes will survive."

Forum Centre City spans over 5.85 lakh square foot of built-up area with a retail space of 3.16 lakh sq ft spread across four levels, encompassing popular brands and categories of fashion, accessories, footwear, home furnishing, cinema, family entertainment centre and food.

Lifestyle and PVR are the main attractions of the mall. With six screens and over 1,000 seating capacity, PVR Cinemas offers state-of-the-art luxury experience in Dolby Atmos, for movie buffs. Smaash, a popular gaming, and entertainment centre, featuring arcade games, bowling, virtual reality, music and dining offers an innovative social experience for family, friends and children.
