Rainmatter, Zerodha's fund and incubator, on Monday announced that it has invested Rs 2.25 crore in startup Streak,  an algo based platform for traders.

Algo trading in NSE has taken main stage with over 40% of cash market orders being executed by algos as of  December 2017.

Streak provides a platform to algo trade, without coding. With Streak, one can algo in three steps- Create, Backtest and deploy, a company release said.

Streak has a powerful back testing engine that generates back testing metrics for multiple stocks in a minute. The back test results include maximum gains, maximum loss, average gain/winning trade, average loss/losing trade, maximum draw down and much more. These metrics give  one a comprehensive idea of algo's performance, the release added.

Once an algo is deployed on Streak, there is no need to track the stock manually.  Streak bots track the stock movements for trade signals and sends one-click actionable alerts to take action when the strategy conditions are met.
