MPShobha Karandlaje has alleged that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has appointed spies to keep a close watch on the activities of BJP leaders.

She was addressing a gathering during the Parivarthana Yatra here on Saturday. Karandlaje said, "Congress leaders need not appoint spies to know about our activities. We never indulge in dividing caste, community or religion. The CM has divided Veerashaivas and Lingayats for his political benefits," the MPsaid.

The CM conducted a caste census to create a vote bank. He divided the castes to disturb communal harmony. Castism has become rampant in the police and other government departments, she said.

"Siddaramaiahhas been following the divide and rule policy. People of the state will teach a lesson to the Congress party in the upcoming general elections," she said. RAshoka said the law and order situation has completely collapsed in the state. Women fear coming out even during the day. Though more than 3,000 farmers have committed suicide, the state government, led by Siddaramaiah, has failed to protect the farmers, he said.
