BEL appoints Visvanathan Muralidharan as General Manager

Navratna defence PSU Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) on Thursday appointed  Visvanathan Muralidharan as  General Manager (Finance).

Muralidharan, who joined  BEL in July 1989,  is a Management Accountant of the 1987 batch of the Chartered Management Accountants Institute, UK.

He served BEL in various capacities, both at the Company's Bangalore Complex and Corporate Office. He has handled diverse areas of Finance like costing, budgeting, compilation and treasury.

Before joining BEL,  Muralidharan had a brief stint with Life Insurance Corporation of India. He also possesses additional qualification in Management and Insurance.
