Mayor holds meeting with officials

As the monsoon is a few weeks away, he directed the officials to take precautionary measures in flood-prone areas.

Construct walls

He directed the officials concerned to either repair the retaining walls or construct new walls in low-lying areas of the City which were affected due to water logging. He asked officials to repair borewells or sink borewells in newly developed areas in view of water shortage.

He said from April 28 he would begin inspection of areas in the City which were affected by the recent rains.
