JOIN USAddressing a press meet here on Tuesday, Association President Kudpi Jagadeesh Shenoy said Aahar aims at uniting various popular hotels and restaurants in Mangalore city to deliver their best delicacies at one place.
The event will be held between 4 pm and 9 pm. Various competitions will also be held for the general public. The competitions would vary from on spot competitions to three-day long competitions.
A Chef’s pad will be installed amidst the venue where participating chefs will woo the crowds with their world class cooking presentations.
Exhibitions stalls will also be set up which will exhibit various hotel items including crockery, furniture and interior components, he added.
Some of the participants include Gateway, Bombay Lucky, Palkhi, Maharaja, Gold Finch, Janatha Deluxe, Shreya sweets, Utsav, Hanuman sweets, Komal’s, Sasural, Moti Mahal, Royal Darbar, Gajalee, Chefs, Hao Ming, Tajmahal, Karthik, Shivsagar, Dinky Dine, Bhagava caterers Kakunje, Pepsi.
