On April Fools' Day, the Congress, took to Twitter to point out the 'unmet promises' of the Narendra Modi government using #HappyJumlaDivas.
A "Breaking News" style video mocked PM Modi's claim of bringing back black money and distributing Rs 15 lakh to each citizen of the country.
