Priyank asks Guttedar to ensure his own victory first

IT, BT and Tourism Minister Priyank Kharge has asked six-time MLA from Afzalpur Malikayya Guttedar to first ensure his own victory from the constituency before defeating him and his father and Kalaburagi MP Mallikarjun Kharge elsewhere in the district.

Guttedar had recently quit the Congress and had joined the BJP alleging neglect by Congress leaders.

Speaking to media here on Wednesday, Kharge said the voters will decide who is 'Baccha' (political greenhorn).

"I am going for campaigning in Afzalpur. Let Guttedar win from the constituency and we will see."
