A unique reunion held

Inaugurating the re-union of 1984-85 batch of Bandarkar’s College Kundapur on Sunday, he said that due to the advanced technology the relation of teacher and students and that of students and colleges is becoming just imaginary.

Senior Advocate and District Kannada Sahithya Parishat founder president A S N Hebbar said that student life is a significant stage of life because at that age people grow to be individuals making friends with one another without considering factors like caste, creed, class etc.

John Leo BBM College Principal Mohan Das Pai presided over the programme. Bandarkar’s College Principal Prof Chandrashekar Dhoma and others were present. As many as 21 lecturers, College administraive office manager Vittal Kundapur, non teaching staff V Mohan Shanbogue were felicitated.

Sneha Sammilana Committee President Shettipal Krishnananda Chathra, General Secretary Ojalin Rebello, Vice-President Vinay A Pais, Rajiv Kotian, Arun S V and others were present.
Over 140 students of the batch took part in the programmes with their family. The students sought blessings from their teachers by touching their feet.
