Now Gandhigiri in Hollywood!

The Father of the Nation, with his vision of non violence and world peace has not only been a source of inspiration for Indian cinema but also world cinema. And the latest film to join this long league is Fox Star Studio’s complete action Hollywood film The A-Team starring  Bradley Cooper and Liam Neeson.

The film which is an out and out action entertainer actually has Liam Neeson and Quinton Rampage Jackson in a conversation about Gandhiji in one of its scenes. The chat between the characters includes their understanding of the leader’s outlook on violence and hatred.
With Liam Neeson playing ‘Hannibal’, the leader of the A – Team and Quinton Rampage Jackson playing Sergeant Bosco Albert BA — Bad Attitude Baracus who is a highly-skilled mechanic and the A-Team’s regular Mr Fix— It in the highly action oriented flick, Gandhi’s ideas  seems to be an important topic of discussion between the main characters.

With Gandhiji being featured many a times in Bollywood as well as Hollywood in the past, and now in the action flick The A Team shows how the leader has been an inspiration to the world even after 52 years since his death.

Well, with our very own Bapu being an influence in Hollywood too, everyone across the world seems to be getting a hang of Gandhigiri.
