Glodyne to buy US firm DecisionOne for $104 m

DecisionOne, which provides technology infrastructure management services firm, had revenue of $200 million and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation margin of 8.1 per cent in 2009, Glodyne said in a statement.

The acquisition will be funded through a mix of cash, debt and equity – including preferential sale worth about $23 million to private equity funds, Glodyne said. The deal is expected to close by June-end.

Separately, Glodyne said that its revenue for the financial year 2009-10 stood at Rs 70.2 crore, up 44 per cent, while net profit rose 35 per cent to Rs 10.5 crore.
