Juniper unveils new network platform

The company claimed enterprises can now reduce upto 35 per cent expenditure of data centre. It also revealed new 3-2-1 data centre network architecture to change network architecture from traditional two layer to single layer. Juniper with its new offering plans to tap the growing demand for cloud and virtualisation platform as it helps data centre mangement become auotmated and simpler, it added.  The comapany has partnered with VM Ware to provide virtualisation technologies to its clients.

Juniper Networks Director Enterprise India & Saarc Sanjay Jotshi said the company foresees huge opportunity in the SMB segment and has developed customised networking solution for mid-market business segment.

On competition with Cisco, Jotshi said “the new solution offers more values to our customers and more flexibility, inter-operability and scalability as compared to other providers. The company has also announced a new platform Juniper Care Plus Services to support enterprises.
