Gangubai Hangal hospitalised

Slight variations were noticed in her health on Sunday evening, as the singer experienced severe cold after having an early dinner. She was admitted to Dr A B Kalamadani Hospital, and as news spread, music lovers were seen enquiring about the health of Dr Gangubai.
Dr Kalamadani and neurologist Datta Nadager, who are treating Dr Gangubai, stated that her health was stable, and that it was routine check-up. In fact, Dr Gangubai goes for health check-up thrice in a week.

Grandson of Dr Gangubai, Manoj Hangal, who was present at the hospital, said that she was being subjected to medical investigations by experts, while doctors maintained that there was nothing to fear.
