The two arrived from the US last night at the Bangalore International Airport and their blood samples have been sent for swine flu tests.
Meanwhile, swine flu tests conducted on three persons, two from Bangalore and one from Mangalore proved negative.
"We are awaiting reports of another five cases", the officials said.
