Interested community organisations should submit application in the prescribed format, along with relevant documents - title deed, building license, estimate and approved plan.
The application with the recommendation of the deputy commissioner must be sent to Backward Classes Welfare Department, No 16-D, 3rd floor, Tank Bed Area, Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore - 560 052.
