Harry Bruder of Hudson, Florida, was served with a restraining order in June from his wife, Carole Jean Bruder, over allegations of domestic violence, the Herald Sun reported on Tuesday.

The restraining order prohibited Harry Bruder from having face-to-face contact with his wife as well as electronic communication. The couple has been separated for two years.
Carole called the police on Monday after she found that Harry had sent her two friend requests on the social networking website.

‘I did it’

When police went to Bruder’s apartment, he admitted sending the requests. “Yeah, I did it,” he said.

Bruder also admitted that he changed the password to his wife’s email account. According to the Herald Sun report, he was upset over being forced to attend court ordered counselling sessions.

Bruder wrote in a July 27 post to his Facebook wall that, “today my future x wife thinks she won but the real winner is me for i know the truth she is nothing but a lying emotionally disturbed woman who needs help to handle previous abusive relationship.”

Harry Bruder is being held in jail on a $5,000 bail for violating the restraining order.
