Court issues ninth NBW against Reddy

Junior Grade Judge B G Pramod issued warrant and posted the hearing for Sept 25.
Tapal Narayan Reddy had lodged a complaint against Minister Janardhana Reddy and others at the Toranagal police station in 2006. The Sandur JMFC court had issued NBW against the minister eight times.

The hearing was on Thursday. Since the Sandur Justice was on leave, the matter was transferred to Kudligi court. Janardhana Reddy’s advocate Patel Sidda Reddy and advocate Mallappa Arali for Tapal Narayan Reddy appeared before the court.
