ZP official's cosy act at KDP meet

Even as the ZP president Muniraju chaired the KDP meeting was on a serious business to take stock of the development works, the engineer was busy on his cellphone watching obscene photographs.    

The acts of other officials showed lackadaisical attitude as many others were seen chatting over the phone. Many authorities showed no interest in the meeting and were eager to see that the meeting ended.

President Muniraju was also angry about the disinterest of the officials in the meeting. He had issued showcause notices to 12 heads of the departments for failing to turn up to the last KDP meeting. He informed the meeting on Monday that, only four out of 12 officers replied for the notice.

While, six officers who who did not reply to the notice did not even bother to turn up for the meeting.

The Municipality commissioner, Backward class and Minority development Officer, Water Supply officer, District Registrar, Lidkar Officer and the officer incharge of the Sarva Shikshana Abhiyaan failed to appear for the meeting.

Speaking to Deccan Herald, president Muniraju said he would recommend the CEO for suspension of the engineer. The engineer has brought dishonour to the ZP council, hes said.
