Addressing a news conference Sarsa College of Arts and Science Principal Dr Araty H Shetty said that graduates of any discipline who have an aptitude and interest in the art forms are eligible to apply. The course is of one year duration having 2 semesters of 16 weeks each.
The entire course is a blend of Bharathanatyam and Carnatic Music.
Dr Shetty said that the students who opt for this course, apart from pursuing Post Graduate studies, can also become Anchors, Choreographers, performing artists in theatre and media or even become trainers.
September 20 is the last date for admission and September 30 is the last date for admission with penalty.
