RV College wins first leg of Nobel Quiz

The competition saw participation of 75 teams from colleges and technology institutions across Bangalore.

The Bengaluru regional round of the competition was open to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The winners will represent the City at the finals to be held at IIT, New Delhi on October 23, 2010. The national winners will be awardd an all expenses paid trip to Sweden which will include visits to partner companies like ABB, Atlas Copco, Ericsson, SAAB and Volvo. The team which reaches the finals will also be given a chance to intern in these prestigious companies.

The Inter-Collegiate quiz competition is organised every year as a part of the "Sweden-India Nobel Memorial Week" to celebrate the spirit of the Swedish philanthropist Alfred Nobel.
