In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that pursuant to a circular on September 21, Nakanishi has been re-appointed for a further period of three years.
Nakanishi had joined the Japanese auto giant Suzuki Motor Corporation's Indian subsidiary in 2007.
Besides, MSI said its Director and Managing Executive Officer (Production) Tsuneo Ohashi has been re-appointed for three years with effect from January 1, 2011.
The company's Director and Managing Executive Officer for the Engineering division Keilchi Asai has also been re=appointed for three years, effective from January 29, 2011, the filing said.
