Jalebi: Be it the good old jalebis dipped in ghee or the black mawa jalebis, served with a Khajur Rabdi, thick luscious and just the right amount of sweet, this is a dessert which is popular amongst all.

Phirni: Phirni is one dessert which can be served in so many flavours, rose, mango, cardamom set in an earthen pot eaten cold. My take on phirni is to use whole millets like Ragi and turn it into a Millet phirni.

Sheer Khurma Kulfi: During school, my best friend used to get sheer khurma every time during EID, and since then Eid is always Sheer Khurma for me. However, this year, I thought of combining my fav dessert into a kulfi, one, cause it’s May and two, because who doesn’t like a creamy delicious cold Kulfi?! No need to add extra falooda as the vermicelli gives that bite, so to be honest it’s the best of both worlds, two of the best EID desserts in one.
