Swathes of the planet have been hit by extreme and deadly heat waves in recent months, from Western Europe to Asia. Cities across Europe is no exception and is sweating through one of its hottest summers on record. Several cities were on red alert for heatwaves and government. advised millions of people to safeguard themselves and stay indoors amid the record-breaking mercury levels.
