India's total number of Covid-19 cases have crossed the 13 lakh-mark. The nation reported over 48,916 fresh cases of the novel coronavirus with 757 new deaths on Saturday.  The recoveries from the deadly virus have gone up to 8,49,431. The officials in some states complained of shortages of vital drugs for those who have been hospitalised.
