Honors Mixology Edition 5 lit up Tapeo on November 14, 2025, bringing together an energetic mix of Hilton Honors members, hotel guests and some of Bengaluru’s most influential creators. Hosted monthly by DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, this workshop has grown into one of the city’s most anticipated experiential events - and this edition elevated the experience yet again.

What made this session truly special was the enthusiastic participation of Hilton Honors Diamond and Gold members, who turned up in impressive numbers to immerse themselves in the art behind Tapeo’s signature cocktails. Adding a dynamic flair to the evening were leading food and lifestyle influencers, capturing every creative moment and amplifying the flavours and fun across their platforms.

This edition featured two outstanding beverage partners - Paul John Nirvana and Malhar Indian Gin. Their premium spirits took centre-stage as guests learnt to mix, shake and build cocktails that showcased the unique character of each label. Guided by Tapeo’s expert mixologists, participants explored flavour combinations, experimented with botanicals, and uncovered the science behind a perfectly balanced drink.

More than a workshop, Honors Mixology is an immersive experience where every participant becomes a creator. Guests crafted cocktails inspired by Tapeo’s exclusive menu, picking up insider techniques while adding their own inventive twists. The ambience buzzed with energy - tactile, lively and filled with delightful surprises.

Complementing the craft cocktails was a spread of thoughtfully-curated food pairings. Bite-sized tapas, vibrant vegetarian selections and chef-recommended accompaniments elevated the tasting experience, keeping palates excited and conversations flowing throughout the evening.

Yet, the true charm of Honors Mixology lies in the connections it fosters. Strangers came together as teammates, creators bonded over their shared love for craft, and the space soon echoed with laughter, clinking glasses and memorable exchanges. Tapeo’s inviting setting transformed the workshop into a hub of community, creativity and joy.

With Edition 5 concluding on a flavourful high, Tapeo continues to redefine social evenings with an exceptional blend of learning, indulgence and togetherness. The excitement now builds for the next session of Honors Mixology, scheduled for December 12, 2025 from 7 pm to 10 pm at Tapeo.
