As part of World Environment Day, students from Rajiv Gandhi CBSE School in Dharwad participated in a tree-planting drive at the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha campus. Former Mayor Iresh Anchatageri joined the students in planting saplings known for their environmental and practical value. The event was also attended by Basavaraj Talikoti, Basavaraj Vastrada, Jagadish Malagi, Sridhar Jadhav, and the school’s teaching staff, reinforcing a shared commitment to sustainability and green practices.
