Varin International Residential School, Tumakuru, observed the 79th Independence Day with grandeur. Chairman Krishnaiah hoisted the national flag, while distinguished parents from the armed forces and Kannada actor Jayant were honoured. NCC cadets and students presented an impressive march-past, followed by patriotic songs, dances, and speeches. Secretary Mamatha Suresh highlighted the sacrifices of freedom fighters and the importance of responsibility in safeguarding the nation’s future. The programme brought together the entire Varin International Residential School community in a spirit of unity and pride.
