As part of its freedom celebrations, Carmel PU College, Basaveshwaranagar, saw 40 NCC cadets take a pledge under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. The initiative encouraged young people to uphold a drug-free lifestyle and embrace discipline and responsibility.
