SMS Academy of Central Education, Virajpet, conducted a counselling and awareness workshop on adolescent development, body changes, and hygiene under the theme, “My Safe World.” Dr Raksha V. Rai of Credo Ayurveda Hospital was the resource person. The workshop, presided over by Principal Kusum Tito, was attended by over 200 students aged 10–15. It addressed physical, emotional, and digital safety, promoting mental well-being and confidence among students.
