At the district-level sports meet conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Tumakuru, students of Varin PU College excelled in the swimming competition. In the boys’ category, Preetham Gowda U, Namith Gowda, Hemant Gowda, Chiranthan, Tejas S. Shaiva, and Yashwanth secured top positions, while in the girls’ category, Poorvi S, Chandini, Supriya, and Tejal emerged winners.
