Students of BGS Vidyanikethana School, Kanakapura, brought glory to Bengaluru South District by winning six bronze medals at the State-Level Boxing Championship held at Nehru Stadium, Shivamogga. In the under-14 category, Likhith K, Jeevan R, Nithin Gowda K N, and M Abhishek won bronze medals, while Karthik N. and Mithun Gowda C. achieved the same feat in the under-17 category. The winners were felicitated by Sri Sri Annadaneshwaranatha Swamiji of Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Math, along with education officials and Principal Prashanth.
