Elephant calf new attraction at Dubare

An elephant calf is the new attraction at Dubare Elephant camp.

The calf got separated from its mother at Anekadu reserve forest. The Forest Department officials rescued the calf and handed it over to the Dubare camp. The calf is eight months old.

The mahouts' children are engaged in playing with the calf.

Dubare Camp Forest officer Ranjan said that they are trying to search for the mother elephant. "Till then, the calf will be reared at the Dubare Camp.”
