'Madigas should heap excrement on Siddaramaiah, Anjaneya'

Dr N Murthy, vice president of the committee fighting for the implementation of the Justice Sadashiva Commission recommendations, said that instead of heaping excrement on themselves, they must heap it on Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Social Welfare Minister H Anjaneya (who belongs to the Madiga community).

He said at a media conference on Monday that the Siddaramaiah-led government had done injustice to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and Anjaneya was responsible for the downfall of these classes of society.

"Anjaneya and K H Muniyappa (both belonging to the Madiga community) are toothless snakes who have joined with Siddaramaiah for match-fixing. They have turned into enemies of the Madiga community," Murthy remarked.

He alleged that Siddaramaiah had diverted Rs 87,000 crore earmarked for SC/ST welfare programmes to other projects and not even 20% of it had been used for the intended purposes. He demanded that the Chief Minister publish a white paper on this subject.
