Bihar Assembly Election Result 2020: Jhanjharpur Assembly Constituency

The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Jhanjharpur Assembly Constituency (AC No 38) in Madhubani district which went to polls on November 03, 2020. Nitish Mishra of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Jhanjharpur seat beating Communist Party of India candidate Ram Narayan Yadav by a margin of 41788 votes.

In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, RJD candidate Gulab Yadav won Jhanjharpur constituency seat with a margin of 0.5% securing 64320 votes against BJP candidate Nitish Mishra.
