Salim Khan put on ventilator support; family and friends rush to meet him at hospital

Veteran screenwriter Salim Khan is currently under intensive care and on ventilator support at the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. The 90-year-old is being monitored by a multidisciplinary team of specialists. His family, including sons Salman and Arbaaz, alongside several industry friends, continue to visit hospital to check on his health.

Salma Khan and Helen joined the family at Lilavati Hospital to be with Salim Khan, who remains under medical care.

Salim Khan's longtime creative partner and dear friend, Javed Akhtar, was also spotted arriving at the hospital.

Aayush Sharma also joined the family members visiting the veteran screenwriter at the hospital.

Grandchildren Nirvaan, Arhaan, Alizeh and Ayaan appeared sombre as they gathered to support their grandfather, Salim Khan.

A close confidant of the Khan family, Sanjay Dutt arrived to check on Salim Khan on hearing of his admission to the hospital.
