He (Ronit) accompanied us to the hospital in a taxi but left soon after,” she said.<br /><br />Following a complaint by the victims, the police later took the actor into custody under Indian Penal Code Section 279 (rash and negligent driving) and 338 (causing grievous hurt endangering lives.)<br /><br />The actor was subjected to alcohol test at the state-run Cooper Hospital.
