Vittal police arrested two more persons in connection with the demolition of the Grotto of our Lady of Velankanni, at Kulalu Kuntrakala in Kolnadu.
Superintendent of Police Dr Ravikanthe Gowda said that the accused were identified as Vasanth (37) and Yogesh (32). With this, the number of arrested people in the grotto case, has increased to four.
It may be recalled that the grotto was demolished by miscreants on September 27 night. The police booked a case under IPC Section 143, 147, 153A, 295 A and 427.
