<p>Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh and Telangana police arrested two men on Saturday for planning bomb attacks in Hyderabad and other parts of the country.</p><p>The suspects, Syed Sameer from Warasiguda and Siraj-ur-Rehman from Vizianagaram, were reportedly receiving instructions from Islamic State (IS) handlers in Saudi Arabia.</p><p>The men had purchased bomb-making materials, including ammonium sulphate and aluminium powder, and had selected locations for testing explosive devices. Sameer’s involvement was revealed during Siraj’s interrogation.</p><p>Both suspects appeared in court on Monday and were remanded to 14 days of judicial custody. The National Investigation Agency has started a broader investigation into the six-member cell linked to the plot. Authorities are actively pursuing the remaining suspects.</p>
