Atiq Ahmed’s shootout raises big question on law and order: Sanjay Raut

Speaking to the media persons on the shoot-out of Atiq Ahmed, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut said that if a murder has taken place among the police in broad daylight then it is a serious matter. Adding further, he said that it raises a big question about the rule of law. He said, “It is a state subject. The murder happened, Section 144 was imposed, and the government there did it and they are capable of doing it, it is their matter but if there is a murder in broad daylight among the police then it is a serious matter. This raises a big question on law and order.”
