Bhanwari was willing to undergo a DNA test to prove the point.<br /><br />Amarchand said the arrested former Rajasthan minister Mahipal Maderna established relationship with Bhanwari, who was a nurse in a government hospital, in connection with her transfer, whereas her relationship with Bishnoi was quite old. Bhanwari had recorded videos of Bhanwari with both Malkhan Bishnoi and Maderna in compromising situations, and had threatened to make them public.<br /><br />Her demand was for a Congress ticket in the last assembly elections. When that did not materialise, she decided to use the CD to exhort money, Amarchand reportedly told the police.<br />Meanwhile, Congress Luni MLA Malkhan Singh Bishnoi avoided the CBI, which is investigating the missing Bhanwari Devi case, for the third time on Wednesday.<br /><br />The police remand of Amarchand, whose role in the case has become suspicious, was extended till December 20.<br /><br />The CBI on Tuesday pasted a notice outside his residence, warning him to appear before the agency at 11 am on December 14 for answering questions in connection with Bhanwari or face legal action. The notice was, however, torn by the family of the Congress MLA.<br />The CBI had questioned Bishnoi. However, since Friday he has refused to appear before the CBI, claiming to be sick and in Delhi.<br /><br />Sources close to his family say Bishnoi is currently consulting legal experts. After the arrest of his brother Paras Ram Bishnoi and Amarchand, the investigating agency has been on the look out for Bishnoi.<br /><br />Bhanwari Devi, an auxiliary nurse, went missing from Bilara on September 1. The CBI arrested former Rajasthan minister Maderna on December 3 on a charge of criminal conspiracy to kill Bhanwari Devi. It was alleged that he had hired one Sahi Ram Bishnoi, a small-time politician from Jodhpur. <br /><br />Sahi Ram Bishnoi then allegedly assigned the task to Shahabuddin, Sohan Lal Bishnoi and Baldev Jaat alias Balia to kidnap the nurse. Maderna was sacked by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on October 16.</p>
