<p>Patna: Notwithstanding heavy downpour this monsoon, Prime Minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/narendra-modi">Narendra Modi </a>will visit Bihar again on Friday (July 18) and rain sops for the poll-bound State.</p><p>During his 53rd visit to the State as PM, and second within a month, Modi will launch projects worth Rs 7,200 crore which will include three Amrit Bharat Express trains, besides road projects and other projects related to the Electronics and Information Technology Department.</p>.In poll-bound Bihar, Modi harps on Lalu era 'jungle raj', attacks him for 'insulting' Ambedkar.<p>Modi will also address a gathering at Gandhi Maidan in Motihari on Friday.
